For the new headquarter building, hmpartner has designed a comprehensive communication structure in accordance with the company’s philosophy. The result is ideal working conditions in a professional environment in which digitalization and unified communication have become commonplace. The standardized AV equipment allows for web conferencing with high-quality audio and video in every room. The concept is scalable to all room types, adjusting technical equipment to the individual size of the room. Web conferencing equipment consists of one or two displays, a camera and a sound system including microphones. In addition, users can present content via BYOD (Bring Your Own Device). Thus, collaboration and web conferencing capacities become easily available wherever they are part of communication: in a large conference room or forum, but also in smaller meeting rooms or individual desks in the open space areas.
