Conceptioning, Design, Site supervision
The project comprised 11 conference rooms of different size. The new media equipment generally comprises two 65“touch displays and a web conferencing system with beamforming microphones, providing for high-quality web conferences. The 4-button control device is not only easy to handle but also particularly efficient. The auditorium is designed for web conferencing, too: a USB3 port in the speaker’s desk allows comfortable access via BYOD to Skype conferences between several locations. Meeting participants benefit from a 98” display and various column speakers. The advantages of such a concept: the rather minimal hardware combines maximum functionality with low costs. And furthermore, it is adjustable to changing usage requirements: launched in 2017, the project was enhanced in 2019 and the equipment of the conference rooms was slightly alternated. It is cost efficiency and its adaptability that make this project a precursor for a broad standardizing process in the field of conference technology – not only in Germany, but also in Austria and Switzerland.
