The basic idea of the AV concept is to be able to hold web conferences throughout the entire building complex, regardless of the room type or size. One or two displays as well as a camera and a sound system including microphones are available in all communication rooms

Thanks to the standardized equipment, not only is the audio and video quality the same in all rooms, but the connection from your own laptop to the virtual meeting is equally simple everywhere: with a single USB cable.

When planning the AV systems, the focus was on energy efficiency and sustainable implementation. For example, operating times can be reduced through central system management. In future, room-related presence evaluation could also be used to increase energy efficiency, given the employees‘ consent.

Unified Collaboration

A standardized AV equipment grants excellent quality of video and audio for web conferencing. The concept is scalable to all rooms, no matter what size. And it allows consequent integration into the existing MS teams environment. Speech intelligibility and clear pictures are given at any position in the room. In the entire building, content can be edited on interactive screens or on any mobile device. This way, collaboration and web conferencing can be effortlessly implemented wherever they are necessary for communication: in large conference or meeting rooms, as well as in smaller team rooms oder local spots in the open space areas. It is the ergonomic, uniform user interface, relieble operability and centralized control of all components that grant a stable and uncomplicated system.
