Modern AV systems in historic surrounding: The Labour Court Rendsburg resides in an architectural monument with high ornate ceiling and impressive ambient.
Digital door signs inform on room bookings or current sessions. Centralized room management allows uncomplicated updates within the entire building.
„eFile“ means not only the file management is becoming more digital, but also ttechnical standards in the courtroom. A total of 5 rooms were equipped with modern AV systems.
Equally good looking and hearing conditions for all participants are essential for ar fir trial . From the judge’s table, images from the document camera or content from other video sources can be shared on the large display for all those present.
Judges, assessors and court reporters each have a stationary computer with access to the „eFile“ at their workstations. The rooms are connected via a fiber optic line with a bandwidth of 10 GBit/s to a fiber optic core switch in the central technology room.
The new infrastructure for audio, video and control is based on TCP/IP signal transmission. As process-relevant data is transmitted here, the system not only has to be particularly stable, but also court-proof and able to record securely.

Designed for transparency and collaboration, the eFile is an important step towards open government. And since November 2023, the Rendsburg Labour Court has been one of the nationwide pioneers in the digitalization of administration.
Thanks to high-quality components and clever integration, contemporary AV technology now discreetly meets historical architecture from the beginning of the 20th century.
