For web conferences, the company uses standard communication tools. Presenting content is possible from your own laptop or notebook (BYOD), either via USB or wireless. If required, also guests can join in the conferences.

Every room is equipped with two interactive displays, so presentations can be integrated directly into a conference. Smart feature: 4 buttons (on, off, wireless or cable) allow to adjust basic settings, other functions are automized or can be activated from the user’s device.

Design put into practice:

One fits all

The project was more than integration of a single AV system, it was a complete rollout, developed by hmpartner and carried out over a longer period. The object: 150 communication rooms for 4 to 12 participants. Apart from uniform design, equipment and room acoustics, time and costs played a fundamental role for the implementation of this standardizing project. The media boards are part of the standard concept and grant both discreet installation and efficient maintenace and support of all components. And thanks to flexible construction, new components can be integrated easily.

The boards’ weight rests on the floor, making unnecessary the installation of wall mountings that would have caused noise and dirt. This way, the rooms had to be blocked only for the installation itself. Pre-mounted components lead to a minimum of time required for the complete integration in a room: installing and launching a standard room including cabling took 2 days only.
